2019 Beaumont Blues & Roots Festival
Volunteer Sign Up List

The Festival is running from Friday, June 21 to Saturday, June 22, 2019.

Positions include Front Gate, Fiesta Zone Beer Gardens & bartending at our Cabanas, and more!

All volunteers, that are over the age of 18 years old, require the AGLC's security training course ProTect. This course is online and is free, and we can help set you up for taking this course. We have professional security on site at all times, and our Volunteers with the ProTect training are there to keep an eye out and get the Pro's if the need arises.

You will have free entry for the Festival Day that you work. Check in at the Volunteer Tent to start and check out to end your shift. A Volunteer ID pass is required on shift, you must check in to receive your ID and day pass wristband and you must return your ID at the end of your shift.

You will have a free meal for each shift that you work, we will be BBQing all day.

Please note that your registration signs you up for our Volunteer Email list. You will receive emails letting you know about the Festival’s shifts that are available and training information. You will also receive emails telling you about our other events that occur throughout the year. For example: the Halloween Bash, St Patrick’s Day Party & Lineup Announcement, bartending at The Beaumont Night Market. We will only be emailing you about events that The Beaumont Blues & Roots Festival Society is directly involved with. The emails will be to invite you to the event and also to ask for volunteers to help out with putting on the event. Sometimes we get an awesome opportunity, like free tickets to a concert, that we will give you a chance to win. Your information will not be sold to anyone or shared with anyone outside of the Festival organizing committee.

Fill out the form below, including your t-shirt size, shift preference and if you are under 18 years old, and we will follow up with you asap via email!
